Niigata Spartan Beast Training Course

Takaosan guchi station to FOSS
Very long trail, with technical sections and vanished path too. Not for rookies. Distance: 60 km D+: 5000 m D-: 4500 m
Yamuramachi station to FOSS
Hard « old » trail, a lot of « off trail » (vanished path), without any signboard. a good choice for adventurers. Distance: 25 km D+: 2200 m D-: 1700 m
Suruga Oyama station to FOSS
Easy trail, short distance. Distance: 16 km D+: 1600 m D-: 800 m
Yaga station to FOSS
Very good trail, good distance, not too long but technical. With almost a KV inside. Distance: 18 km D+: 1900 m D-: 1000 m
