3 weeks ago was my biggest challenge and trip.
My first time in US, discovering Mammoth 🦣 lakes in California.

@ocrwc is a true fuc..ng challenge. The venue was amazing with beautiful landscapes, weather perfect and obstacles tough. Really challenging journey.

Completion band is the best thing in OCR, running fast is ok but you have to clear every obstacle for ranking and that changes many things.
No penalty, no burpees, no shity running loop, just « die and retry » like old school video games, that’s the true OCR spirit.
I met young guns, strong ladies and old dudes overcoming themselves to clear obstacles, preferring to bleed than to give up.
« I don’t want to loose my wristband » how many times I heard that, it was amazing. This concept is so great 😎.
I was also really close to loose mine at 15km race, but to see other racers pushing themselves gave me the strength to overcome.

Big up to race organizers and of course to volunteers.

I want to race again, I want more 😬.
I hope to comeback, with friends.
